The New York Corporation Counsel has just filed their appeal brief in Sloan
vs. Board of Elections Case No. 16-1185 in the Second Circuit Court of
Appeals
The brief is 36 pages long and contains citations to 30 cases.
Essentially, the brief may be summarized by saying they contend that no
case can ever be brought successfully against the NY Board of Elections
regardless of the facts and circumstances.

read and comment on it.
