Dear Starchild;

While coming from the budgets and/or the pockets of the government miscreants the budget money still comes from the taxpayers. So in the end we the taxpayers pay for the abuses of power from bullies with a badge or the same from any other guvmint agency.

So in the end we get it in the end one way or another when the payoff comes from our robbed money.

Mike Rozeff wrote this article on lew rockwell about being a panarchist which seems to vividly addrsss the situation by becoming a panarchist.

Be that as it may, I remain convinced that judgments against government to award its victims with reasonable compensation are better than the status quo without such judgments.
