Dear SF SOS,
Contrary to the voter mailer you sent out this week, the Libertarian Party
of San Francisco has taken no position on Proposition C.
At our county central committee meeting of 13 September, the votes were 3
for recommending YES, 6 for recommending NO, and 2 for making no
recommendation. By our by-laws, 3/4 of the votes must agree for a
recommendation, which did not happen here. In any case, we certainly did
not recommend a vote of Yes on C.
Please inform me of the steps you are taking to correct the misinformation
you have distributed to San Francisco voters. Please call me at 845.8202
