New YAL flier

I finally got around to finishing making a generic YAL outreach flier which I hope campus activists will find useful and want to put up and distribute.

Since the current semester at SFSU is over and I'm not sure when and where the group will be meeting next semester, I did not include any meeting location information, instead leaving a blank space in the bottom right corner (next to a nice shot of a bunch of YAL activists I found online which shows them holding a banner with the group's logo and the national website) for that to be handwritten in on the printed-out flier before copies are made.

I was initially going to include local contact info, but decided to leave that to be handwritten in as well, since aside from the photo of the San Francisco State University quad which can serve as a stand-in for campus life anywhere, there's nothing else on the flier that's specific to SFSU. This way it can be used by other YAL chapters (I'm copying the Berkeley chapter on this message among other local lists). Feel free to distribute elsewhere and revise as desired.

My goal was to create a distinctly libertarian outreach piece (i.e. balanced in touching on both civil liberties and economic freedom) that speaks to the kind of idealistic individuals who are the vanguard of activist movements, but does so in a way that's relevant to the broad student population. I still intend to create some smaller separate fliers too -- this one is designed as an 8.5" by 11" format. Both PDF and JPG versions are attached.

As I mentioned at the last YAL-SFSU meeting I attended, the Libertarian Party of San Francisco has generously provided $50 for photocopies. The plan is to get a bunch of these plastered around campus for the start of next semester. Hopefully some of you will be able to help with that.

  Your thoughts/feedback welcome!

Love & Liberty,

P.S. - I also uploaded the flier to the LPSF and GGLR Meetup sites:
