I finally tried the new Google Apps this morning using the instructions you gave us back in April. From what I saw, it seems that I had logged into a "compartment" assigned to me alone, so that documents others in our group store would not be accessible to me vice-versa. I am especially thinking of our discussion regarding a way to update our mailing list. That list would be in your "compartment" only? Would you need to "share" it (I see a "Share" button)?
The Google Apps seems a good tool, but without an idea of how exactly you intended it to best work for LPSF, I remain at a loss as to what to do with it.
So, let me know if you want to pursue our discussion about the mailing list, etc.
