                  Dear Dr. Michael R.,

TEN RELATIONSHIP DO'S AND DON'TS, PLUS CELEBRATION
DINNER, WED. THE 20TH AT 6 PM

                        A nationally-recognized psychologist and
award-winning author, Dr. Michael Edelstein, Ph.D., will give a vitally
important seminar on relationship do's and don'ts, this Wed. evening, July
20 at 6 pm., at the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco.
Dr. Michael R. Edelstein is in private practice in San Francisco and is the
award-winning author of Three Minute Therapy, a self-help book for
overcoming common emotional and behavioral problems.

In his practice, Dr. Edelstein specializes in the
treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and addictions, and
is one of the few practitioners of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
in the Bay Area. He is available for telephone therapy at 415-673-3848. Dr.
Edelstein is also a SMART Recovery Professional Advisor. Dr. Edelstein
lectures nationally and internationally, appears on radio and television,
and is published in psychological journals. He writes the advice column,
"Ask Dr.Mike," which appears in the San Francisco Intelligencer.

But first, celebrate summer with a CELEBRATION VEGAN
DINNER. This will go above and beyond the usual. This full-course meal is
more than a dinner. It is a vegan banquet. Feast until you can't hold any
more, then take some home to enjoy for the rest of the week. This is not
vegan fast food. It is carefully planned by a certified Nutrition
Consultant, Patricia Allen Koot, NC, to be nutritionally complete. All
vegan, all health-supporting, all natural ingredients are used, and meal
preparation techniques preserve important micronutrients and living foods.
Watch for the menu to be posted on Tuesday.

Right after the dinner, health questions about
onions will be answered. Then savor the important presentation by
nationally-recognized psychologist, therapist and author Michael Edelstein,
Ph.D.

A fifteen dollar requested minimum donation covers
the all you can eat vegan banquet PLUS the presentation on relationship do's
and don'ts. This is possible because both the chef and the presenter are
donating their time. Funds received go toward facility rental, food,
transport and related costs.

It all happens Wed. the 20th at 6 pm, at the Opera
Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the
first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.
