Moderates take control of S.F.'s powerful DCCC political organization

This might be relatively good news as far as taxes and regulations are
concerned.

We’ll see if having the moderates in charge (as opposed to progressives)
stops or slows the trend of businesses closing or leaving the City and
crime associated with it. I mean real crime like theft and assault, not
nonviolent drug offenses. Unfortunately, it looks like the voters approved
mandatory drug testing for welfare recipients; I wonder if cannabis is an
exception since it has legitimate medical uses. Now that psilocybin gaining
recognition for treating veterans with PTSD and other ailments, perhaps
that too will be an exception down the line.

Thoughts?
