Free Speech for organizers and protestors is under serious attack by bad legislation.
The noise abatement legislation supported by "progressive" supervisors contains language which limits megaphones to 10db at 25 feet from the source. Most bullhorns start at 50db. The cops will decide if your demonstration is one they want to ticket.
