I have been trying to think of a venue in Sausalito for Friday nights. Nothing yet.
Phil Lesh bought the old Domenic's restaurant, in San Rafael for his Greatful Dead nightclub. It's called Terrapin Crossroads now. The showroom is separate from the restaurant so meetings could be possible there.
Any thoughts?

India Palace, right off Rte. 101 in Mill Valley, has a large, somewhat separate room. On their site, http://www.indiapalacemillvalley.com/, they note they accommodate "Business Meetings."
It's my favorite Northern Indian restaurant in Marin. The food, service, and ambience are superb. I've met comfortably with as many as 12 people there at dinner time.
