Dear Everyone;
This article in Sundays Chronicle asks 25 questions about what happened in New Orleans and why. Several of the questions could easily be transposed and asked about what happened in San Francisco in the event of the next BIG ONE earthquake.
The questions makes for some uneasy thinking about what's really going on in the Big Easy and could it happen here?

P.S. There is a nice brouhaha being debated about the San Francscio fire hydrants not having standardized hose couplings so fire fighters outside of San Francisco could come into SF and use their hoses in the event of a major disaster.
