Is there someone here who'd be willing to post this comment on the Chronicle site or send as a letter to the editor, for the No on E campaign?
Am headed over to City Hall to see whether the Board of Supervisors meeting is still going on and weigh in if possible, if anyone would like to join me. I updated the Meetup
BTW, please don't forward Ignacio's email below around – he specifically wants a libertarian for the piece (preferably can sign with party affiliation).
Thanks Starchild. I've submitted this. There doesn't seem to be anything
to share though-- I just get a message that my submission was received.
Looks like they will decide whether or not to publish on the site even,
which makes sense.

Oops, forgot to post link to the Meetup, with my notes on this week's

Can you please find someone for the LPSF willing to sign and submit

Regarding Prop E, it appears the prohibitionists are at it again,
only this time instead of banning booze they want to make it illegal
to buy a pack of menthols in the city.>>> The people pushing Prop E claim it’s necessary to keep tobacco away
from kids, but teen smoking rates are at all-time lows in this
country. Plus, California just passed a law a few years ago making
it illegal to sell tobacco to anyone younger than 21. This ban has
nothing to do with kids and everything to do with adults getting
turned away from buying a preferred brand.>>>
