[lpsf] Use of Libertarian mailing list by fraudsters

Mr. Diesel's allegations are completely false and misrepresent the persons and content of a conversation.

He was cc'd in a conversation a mutual friend. The LPSF list was not involved.

Further,
the subject of the missive was the expanding police-state and Tim
Draper's Sixcalifornia's initiative, not as Mr. Diesel alleged.

Then
it was Mr. Diesel who made an unsolicited attack on the practice of
acupuncture and by inference an attack on another person in the
conversation.

Further his help was not sought to relieve any regulation. In fact, he and I had become acquainted, when he was seeking help to relieve the regulation of vehicular housing.

My Chinese girlfriend, Moyu Su, is a recognized authority on Acupuncture.
She even wrote a book about it, published in China.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/4871872084 She is a Licensed Registered Nurse in
New York State. She passed the very difficult NCLEX Exam. She strongly
disagrees that Acupuncture is a fraudulent medical practice. Sam Sloan
