I would also like to be a delegate at the convention.

Looks like we might be filling all 10 slots!

I am wondering if all our memberships are up to date? I think I will
go ahead and send my $50 to LPCA just in case, since I cannot
decipher the lapsed dates on our membership list.

Hi Francoise,

Since you cannot make it on Sunday, perhaps being an "alternate" is
better. Then, if all the SFLP slots are not filled on Saturday,

you can

be seated.

Under Robert's Rules of Order, it is the responsibility of

delegates to

attend the full business session.

    Missing the January meeting is fine, since new

duties start
