Also, in good news, Scotland proposes decriminalizing all drugs for

Thanks, Richard. Richard said at the meeting yesterday that he is willing to step up and be our secretary again if James is no longer interested.

Good to hear about Scotland! More progress in rolling back the unjust “War on Drugs”. I wonder how their proposed decriminalization compares to the measure passed in Oregon.
