LPSF Happy Hour Wednesday November 15th

Sorry for not posting this earlier, but I've been caught up in other
things.

The Libertarian Party of San Francisco will be hosting a happy hour this
Wednesday the 15th at 7:00 PM (immediately following the Andrey Illarionov
lecture at the Commonwealth Club) at Chevy's on 3rd and Howard in downtown
San Francisco. It will last until people get bored and leave. If you're
wondering whether we're still there, feel free to call my cell phone at
415-238-9489.

I hope to see you all there.

Jeremy

I don't know if this would help, but you may want to try posting this
happy hour in the Drinking Freely group in Upcoming.org. FWIW, the LP
national office has chosen Upcoming.org for all its public event
calendaring needs. You can get there from http://www.DrinkingFreely.org

You can even use the group's logo if you want to do any advertising:

I've been trying to get Drinking Freely started here in Cambridge, MA
but the weather just won't cooperate. We had 5 at our first one
(would have been 4 if Chris Maden hadn't been visiting me) and 3 at
our second one. Maybe SF will have more luck. Goodness knows we've
tried everything over the years (socials at Harringtons, MeetUps, now
the happy hour you're organizing). If we can get several cities
hosting events regularly, we can upgrade from upcoming.org to a more
professional website like drinkingliberally.org but for now will have
to settle for what we've got. I may just put in a quick splash screen
with the logo before forwarding the drinkingfreely.org domain to the
upcoming.org page.

I'm counting the days until my big move back to SF. Hope the happy
hour is in full swing by then.
