LPSF & Amazon.com

Starchild,

The answer is "Yes" (provided before purchasing the book you go to amazon via our website).

Best, Michael

So I could click on one of the books on the LPSF site, get taken to the page for that book on Amazon, then paste in the link for the Amazon page featuring the book I'm planning to get, go to that page, buy the book, and the LPSF will get credit? How much do we get? Is it the same percentage no matter what you buy from Amazon?

I think we ought to have this explained on our site, not to mention letting other Libertarians know about it. We could even run little ads in LP News -- "Buying something on Amazon.com? Click on LPSF.org first. In the few seconds it takes you to go to our site directly before visiting Amazon, you could get __% of the money you spend there donated to the Libertarian Party."

Yours in liberty,

I think the referral information is maintained in the URL, so you have to get to what you buy through clicking or searching on the Amazon site itself.

That is, NOT by pasting in an address.

The credit varies, but it's normally around 5%.
