I think we will see at least that much. But how much that will tell us is open to debate, since as far as I can tell there is nothing to prevent people from voting multiple times simply by using different email addresses.
But I think there's a good chance we'll see more. Even Rebecca Sink-Burris, an LNC member who usually votes with the anti-radical faction, echoed Paul Frankel's excellent suggestion that the Bylaws Committee proposals should come with "Pro" and "Con" arguments attached.
Of course the more pressure the LNC and Bylaws Committee members get about providing transparency, the more likely it is to happen, so be sure to tell them you want it!
