If you do not understand what is wrong with this, then you do not
understand the Libertarian philosophy well.
The claim of domestic violence is one easily made, rarely proven.
Let us say for example a woman has a history of getting into violent fights
with her boyfriend and the police are often called and arrests are made.
The boyfriend gets out, moves back in and a few weeks or months later the
same thing happens,
We know from experience that women who get in these situations tend to do
so repeatedly.
So, finally the landlord or the other tenants decide to kick them out or
they want to move to a new place.
Should a law be passed prohibiting a landlord from doing that?
That is what seems to be proposed by this legislation, and this is just one
possible example.
