[LPC -XComm] Convention Minutes

I vote NO. While I appreciate that these minutes seem a bit more thorough than the minutes of our recent Executive Committee meeting following the convention, and we are fortunate in that some if not all of the proceedings were captured on video and made available online (see e.g. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1E488CCF317E5901 ), I think the level of detail recorded in the convention minutes still falls short of meeting the standards of organizational transparency and accountability to which we should be aspiring. We're all human and we're all volunteers, but trying and falling short is one thing -- not trying because one refuses to see the importance of doing so is something else altogether.

P.S. - Like government spending, issues of openness and transparency shouldn't be hard to figure out...
