Some of your message below is a bit odd, but from what I gather you've already done all the actual work in whatever back room you've been metaphorically holding deliberations in and won't be considering any bylaws proposals from members. So what is the point of even having a public meeting on Sunday? Might as well just go ahead and send the report you're going to send anyway and invite everyone to stay home, for all the good it will do the membership to have a meeting where they have no real input. The report looks painstakingly produced, and all the mistakes that jump out at me appear to be of a substantive and deliberate nature, and I assume you fully meant for them to be there.
