The LP of Travis County, Texas (Austin area) has issued a resolution
calling for the impeachment of Donald Trump, citing blatant disregard of
the US Constitution and due process of both citizens and non-citizens
alike, among other reasons.
Posting futile documents — which few or any folks will ever even read again — on the interweb, has zero impact on REALITY or to build the LPSF; &, furthermore, obsessing over #47 ( who supports ending the US$150Billion CA High Speed Rail Boondoggle — saving SF & CA TaxPayers billions of your Earnings&Savings ), while ignoring the local politicos who are having a devastating impact on San Franciscan’s daily lives & welfare, will give those — who do bother to inquire about what the LPSF has effectively done over the past several years ( to build its membership, raise money, successfully advocate for critical policy changes, etc ) — the impression that the LPSF is simply a gaggle of virtue-signaling nerds obsessed with circle-jerks who cannot even organize an interesting private social event among yourselves* :

The best & most cost effective way to “impeach” #47 — since you cannot even “recall” Gubbernator Nuissance with far less heft — is to beat him & his minions with Effective Candidates AT THE POLLS during upcoming Elections, & throughout the year with popular Policies spearheaded by Robust regional Parties which are competent at Organizing interesting & meaningful & impactful & popular events & producing effective pr materials.
[ I never met fellow ivy leaguer Ann Coulter, despite working in the same circles for decades, but I did work directly with C-SPAN’s John McArdle for years when we were both at Roll Call an Economist Group business & admire his sober, steadfast, level-headed, non-partisan journalism & public engagements. ]
ALL #USgovt wars & illegal occupations & menacing bases around the globe, the largest unnecessary & discretionary budget item each year, ( #NDAA2025 = $883.7Billion#46/Biden&Dems’ enthusiastic gift of graft to #47 for mass murder ) since WWII are “unconstitutional” — with their jawdropping & untold costs of LIFE & personal treasure having created & still contributing to oceans of innocent blood — despite the full-throated & tacit blessings of each & every D/R potus, congress, enabling supremes & duped/delusional voters — & regional political parties. So, breathless pearlclutching over far more trivial particular actions, with far less impacts, makes those advocating for such seem illiterate & innumerate & dimwitted.
In contrast, our @SFWBR last weekend executed another relevant, impactful, & popular event with larger turnout ( albeit smaller than usual due to windy nipply weather & late-breaking sunshine ) among “libertarians” than LPSF physical & virtual meetups :
boldly & defiantly exercising our individual bodily-autonomy ( from inane toothless & feckless #USgovt “body•mask” mandates & codes, ie: @SFBos(ses)” MPC§154, etc. ) & other laws;
taking personal responsibility for reducing devastating impacts on the environment;
effectively giving visibility & advocating for safer streets & the safety of all road users;
publicly exemplifying/demonstrating Our INALIENABLE Liberty & embracing & celebrating codified #1stAmendment ( & “bare arms, etc” ) rights
all while having a lot of giddyfun with the cheering support of thousands of fans the process!
