Libertarian Victory over SF/“state”/TaxPayers Funded Violence ( @RecParkSF @SheriffSF @SFPD et al )

Now that My ( Libertarian #1stAmendment & #BodilyAutonomy ) SF Court Victory is explicitly & publicly official, I am hoping to get on the Saturday 9 May Agenda, 3-5pm 3rd floor SFPL.org Paley, to discuss related issues.

Although, my case was auspicious from the gitgo of the Sat 17 Jan 2026 incident, taking place squarely in “Civic” Center Plaza, & ( with my head crowned by ) & “pictured” in the shadow of City Hall & over the MLKjr holy day weekend, there are reportedly hundreds of cases which the @SFPublicDefender successfully declines to “defend” ( violating the #6thAmendment ) due to a dramatic lack of funding & deficiency & at a deficit in comparison to other directly related SF govt agencies – & over prosecution ( for frivolous non-violent things like drugs, sex work, etc ).

As Bürgermeißter @DanielLurie continues to move to – *heroically downsize govt a bit – cut Millions of dollars & Hundreds of Personnel from the City Budget, even the most peacefully anarchist Libertarians might stand up against cuts that effectively further erode our Constitutional & Civil Rights & diminish Citizens’ ability to confront & succeed against “state sponsored violence – especially the violence inflicted by law enforcement” as top @SFPublicDefender Mano Raju recently articulated ( with subtle reference to my own Court Victory ).

As of April 2026, San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie is addressing a roughly $643 million to $877 million two-year budget deficit, taking “painful but necessary” steps to cut spending. This includes initiating layoffs for 127 city workers and targeting a total of 500 positions for elimination to reduce personnel spending by cuts.
