Actually, Mike has to run for Governor at the same time as running for Mayor
-- it looks like the recall and CA gubernatorial election will also be held
this November, if Secretary of State Kevin Shelley allows the certification to
proceed for ballots already submitted. As of now, Shelley is trying to delay
certification, so that the recall is held in March 2004.
