Enclosed is the decision in Kaloshi vs. Board of Elections. It declared the
New York Subscribing Witness Rule to be unconstitutional.
I have made copies of this Westlaw Report and will ask permission to
distribute it to the judges of the Court of Appeals as it is clearly on
point as what happened to Mr. Kaloshi is the same thing that happened to me.
Incidentally, i attempted to call Mr. Harry Kaloshi of Kaloshi Realty in
Brooklyn only to learn that he died last year.
