I will one more comment on Starchild's resolution.
I do not see how this can be a "free speech" issue. The speech being publicized
is not the speech of the person who is making it public. Free Speech means the
right to voice your own opinions and to hear the opinions of others.
It is NOT the right to publicize someone else's speech, if the speaker did not
intend to make it public.
