Joe Lhota Declines Libertarian Party Nomination for NYC Mayor

The New York Daily News is carrying the story this morning. Joe Lhota who
was nominated as the Libertarian Party Candidate for NYC Mayor at an
acrimonious convention of the New York Libertarian Party last night has
declined our nomination.

It was predictable that this would happen. Indeed I predicted it although I
did not think it would happen so quickly.

I think a new convention should be held and this time under Roberts Rules
of Order strictly enforced.
