Have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights been gutted? Has government revoked the safeguards against illegal imprisonment (writ of habeas corpus and due process), warrantless spying, denial of counsel, torture to extract confessions and secret prisons? And what about the unconstitutional war in Iraq that is draining the taxpayer's wallet?
