10) Danish criminals pay stand-ins to serve sentences

"Danish criminals have reportedly been paying others to serve their
prison sentences for them. The newspaper, Ekstra Bladet, claims it's
been told by one paid 'prisoner' it was 'child's play' to take the place
of a real inmate. He said prison authorities only ask to see a social
security card -- which does not bear a photograph -- when people
turn up to begin their sentences. Danish police take photos of
people they arrest, but prison officials have no access to these."
