Despite what it says on the form, they actually do want all of the
circulators to sign the affidavits on the back and then give them to the
person who will be filing all of Phil's paperwork (me).
Sorry for my misinformation. I just re-read the instructions and still
think it says what I previously understood, but having spoken with an
elections department staffer, who assured me that this is what we should
do, I will now collect all signatures and take them all in at one time
-- hopefully Thursday afternoon if we can get enough signatures and if
the circulators can find time to meet with me.
Since they don't want anything turned in until it's all turned in, I
canceled my 4pm appointment for today and will instead go get in the
first-come-first-served line Thursday or Friday (again, hopefully
Thursday afternoon).
