Idea for an LPSF brochure on the surveillance society & threat of a police state

As L/P's we believe that you can have all the freedom you want as long as it doesn't harm another.
I don't want pics of me picking my nose etc.(to say to speak). Its not just that they have cameras it also what's to be done with the footage. I do believe bus. has a right to protect itself, i.e. door and entries. But randomly places cameras facing the streets...can go to far. Your property rights end cross your property lines!

Eric:

I'm mystified at your answer. How is my taking your picture,
assuming I'm situated on my land, a violation of your rights? Where
is the crime or tort?

To me, this sounds a lot like a moral outrage argument (Let's pass a
law saying person X can't do Y, because it gives rise to moral
outrage in the rest of us).
