I want to send a political mailing about the Presidential Election.
I plan to send about 20,000 to 30,000 postcards.
I will need to get the cheapest rate.
Can anybody advise me on how to get the cheapest and lowest postal rates?

Parties and candidates can qualify for cheaper rates, but an individual making independent expenditures (like you, and I salute you for doing it) can't get cheaper rates.

Sam,
Belay accepting Richard's well-meaning, though probable misinformed advice.
You might be able to get a discounted rate for your political mailings if you see the USPS's advice concerning political mailing by going here: https://www.usps.com/business/political-mail.htm
I hope I was helpful. And could I trouble you to tell us the content of your political mailing? You're not going to tell voters to vote for Harry Browne, are you?
