I want to send a political mailing about the Presidential Election.

I plan to send about 20,000 to 30,000 postcards.

I will need to get the cheapest rate.

Can anybody advise me on how to get the cheapest and lowest postal rates?

Parties and candidates can qualify for cheaper rates, but an individual making independent expenditures (like you, and I salute you for doing it) can't get cheaper rates.
