Help Wanted and Needed in Appeal against NY Board of Elections

I have an appeal pending in my case against the New York State Board of
Elections. In my case I am seeking to have the Board of Elections declared
an unconstitutional body and disbanded. The Board of Elections has just
filed a motion to dismiss my appeal as moot. I feel my case is obviously
not moot because the board of elections still exists and has not been
disbanded. Nevertheless, I need to take this motion seriously.

I have ten days to respond. I am asking for anybody out there who is
willing to help me file opposition papers.

I am attaching the main motion papers. I will send the attached exhibits, a
total of 48 pages, to anybody who requests it.The name of the case is Sloan
et al vs. New York State Board of Elections, 14-3342 in the Second Circuit
United States Court of Appeals.

It is an interesting fact that this motion was filed on the day after
Sheldon Silver was arrested. Was that a coincidence?
