I am separately forwarding my suggested corrections for the minutes Richard Fast (our former acting secretary and now secretary) posted for the March, April, May, June, and September 2024 meetings.
Richard has been great about getting minutes of meetings he has attended published to the list quickly! While it’s completely understandable that abbreviations, partial sentences and so on are used when taking notes, I would suggest it would be helpful to clean up the minutes to replace abbreviations with full words, and sentence fragments with full sentences, prior to publishing, even if this delays posting draft minutes by a day or two.
For readability, it might also be useful to use underlining or boldface or something for section headings (e.g. “Activism Reports”, “New Business”, etc.), and to use consistent formatting as much as possible from month to month, e.g. how the headings, line divisions, etc., appear (this has mostly been done).
