For those not on the Commonwealth Club list: LPSF's own Starchild will participate in this discussion, taking the NO side on Proposition E on the November 4 ballot. On the YES side is San Francisco Supervisor Scott Wiener. Also on the panel is Dr. Robert Lustig, who has been a major force behind other soda tax proposals. The moderator is Lisa Aliferis, health editor at KQED. The Commonwealth Club, at 595 Market Street, is easily accessible by MUNI or BART. Admission to this event is FREE.
There will be questions from the audience. So we need some Libertarians/libertarians to show up and address some individual responsibility questions.
