Here is another article by Joel Edgardio that needs our support. The progressives jump at the opportunity to denigrate any semblance of free-market initiative by private citizens. If we do not counter that, the Examiner will probably drop Edgardio. Caveat: I expect that the successful land developers these days will be the ones who are ready to cooperate with Plan Bay Area's stack and pack, etc., so my post on this article has shades of yearning for the small-business, low-taxes, low regulation days.
BTW, Joel has asked for story ideas; hope you will supply some. I gave my suggestion today that he do some follow-up articles on Broadway Street (and other neighborhoods that once flourished), and find out why great, reasonably priced restaurants on Broadway St. closed pretty much all at once (taxation and regulation?)
