Hi Marcy & All! I will attend this event if we (including Terry's group) are
short of the 3 representatives needed. So, now we have Michael Denny, probably
Terry, and perhaps someone else from Terry's group. I, like you Marcy, prefer
not to schlepp out to The City of Richmond and use half a day of vacation, but
if we are short of the 3, then I will do it, because it needs to be done. Let's
try to firm this up over the week-end to be sure we have sufficient coverage for
this worthy event. I often don't check emails for days (sometimes longer), but
I will make it a point to monitor the emails over the next few days to decide if
I need to go or not.
By the way, if I go, I would probably leave work around 11 or so, and I could
stop in The City and pick-up anyone who might want to go and needs a lift (have
room for 4 others in my car). Also, it sounds like they will provide the table
for tabling, so no reason to schlepp that. I have a bag full of brochures left
over from the SF State and Tea Party adventures, so that might be enough for the
fair. If not, I could swing by your place, Marcy, on Monday evening, if you
haven't run away by then, and pick up some more.
We will not let the kids down. (Fire still in belly!)
