Apparently the judge has cancelled this coming Friday’s hearing on the lawsuit challenging the “Top Two” law. This is not a good sign, according to Richard Winger (publisher of Ballot Access News), because not hearing testimony before ruling usually means a judge is going to rule in favor of the government.
