However, due to the power of new technology we can no longer deny their existence. Today the ACLU of California launched Mobile Justice CA (available for free on iOS or Android) allowing you to automatically submit videos from your mobile phone to the ACLU when you witness law enforcement officers violating civil rights.
- Record exchanges with police, border patrol, or other officers. The audio and video files will automatically be sent to the nearest ACLU office.
- Witness police incidents for the ACLU. Mobile Justice CA will alert you with the location of an incident so you can be there to document it.
- Report your observations of police interactions to the ACLU.
- Know Your Rights when stopped by law enforcement officers.
