I’m sharing the following event, where there will be an announcement by the Ethereum Foundation about a new physical space being launched at Frontier Tower.
I’m not privy to more details, but they are asking for your ETH address when you RSVP, so I think there will be some kind of giveaway.
Sounds gimmicky & fishy at best — cultish at worst; as if they are getting more from users ( ie: those being “used” ) than users are getting for setting up an account — like most creepy financial scams. I don’t see the ROI here, but would love it if Jeff, who I assume is not geeting any kickback from promoting this like most promoters do these days, would explain less cryptically. Before I go skipping down some sketchy new Yellow Brick Road, I want to see the clear destination & point & fully understand the value & tradeoffs for giving up my Privacy to anonyMouse persons I have never met.
