Cam McConnell who is running for Congress in the East Bay could use some audience support this Tuesday evening. I'm up for going and can chip in for gas -- anyone else? Having some sympathetic folks in the audience can make a big difference, especially if they do Q&A. Even if they don't, I know as a candidate what a morale boost it is to have some supporters present to clap at appropriate times, show support afterward, maybe help hand out some fliers, etc. Even if we're from outside the district, the rest of the audience won't necessarily know that.
