Dear Mike and All,
The idea here is to take up as much time as possible with fooling around with reading bills, which will slow down the process of the passing of bills. If anyone can point to a whole lot of bills that favor the libertarian cause, I will discontinue my support of Downsizing's efforts. Even if the mechanics as not as clear as I would like, the objective is delightful!
