curb rights is not a very good name for the public

Someone mentioned that putting "green" in the title might prompt
people to mistakenly credit the Green Party for this initiative.
Although I like the idea of appealing to environmentalists by using the
word "green," this seems like a valid concern. However we might
communicate a similar message via a title such as "Environmentally
Friendly Transit Choices."

I was just thinking on my way to work this morning that "curb rights"
didn't do it for me, as a label, so I was delighted to see that Phil
had already taken the initiative in proposing some alternatives. I
liked "Green Transit Initiative," but also the "People's Transit" and
"Transit Freedom." It's tempting to suggest "Green Transit Freedom
Initiative," but I'm not sure that's a winner.
