Cuba ahead of San Francisco in promoting home ownership

For the past 50 years, the Cuban government has restricted home ownership
and the free transfer of real property between its citizens.

Now, in an abrupt about-face, reported by the BBC on April 18, 2011, the
Communist party Congress has passed a vote "to correct the errors of the
past", and encourage private property, transfers between individuals, and
home ownership. In an editorial published by Cuban state media, former
President Fidel Castro endorsed the change.

Lenin is spinning in his mausoleum.

First China, then Russia, and now even staunchly communist holdout Cuba has
passed legislation to encourage and increase home ownership for its
citizens.

When will San Francisco follow suit?

AMEN !!!!!

SF is demonstrating that instead of being a creative, modern free society as it would like to think, is simply an old stodgy place that clings to outdated silly ideas as though they were gold.
