I have not seen any agenda for Saturday's meeting. I asked about an agenda, and also asked for time at the meeting for us to discuss communication issues, but have seen no response on either. Have you seen or heard anything about a meeting agenda?
Having a motion on the table which committee members have had the opportunity to read prior to our meeting seems to me to increase the likelihood that we can have a productive discussion when we sit down together about at least some of those issues.
