Another example of OUTRAGEOUS abuse of police-state authority. It saddens me beyond words that this is so commonplace and people so readily accept it. It happened to me many years ago. It happened to the little old lady who was the criminal defendant in the trial on which I was a juror. It happens on small, local scales everywhere, every day. And it happens on a grand scale, too (think Bradley Manning). People doing the right thing, people insisting on their own rights and the rights of others become targets of the police-state-leviathon-machine.
Wake up, people, before it's too late! This is how Nazi Germany happened.
