As of this writing, legalization is ahead 65% to 35%, with nearly 180,000 people having voted. It's not a scientific poll, but those numbers are still important. It suggests that the overwhelming majority of those who care enough about the issue to vote, want to scale back the War on Drugs at least where cannabis is concerned.
