The Board of Sups will be voting on wither to criminalize sleeping in public spaces.
Phil - no way they would pass this. They'd end up having to arrest more than half of the muni drivers, all of parks and rec staff, as well as possibly A. Peskin himself during the sup meetings (when the cameras are not on him anyway)
