If by that question you mean are they the latest version of the LPSF
bylaws, I believe the answer is yes. But in other respects they are in
definite need of revision and clarification -- for instance we are no
longer "region 38" but simply the San Francisco county affiliate.
However given the current confusion at all levels of the LP brought on
by the LNC's decision to eliminate dues, it might be wise to wait a bit
to see how things sort out before attempting a revision.
