The New York City and State Boards of Elections and the Lawyers who
regularly appear defending insider candidates have just filed their brief
in their motion to dismiss in the case Sloan vs. Michel, 15-CV-6963 (LGS)
I would appreciate and help and advise I can get in this case since as
everyone knows the boards of elections regularly kicks qualified candidates
off the ballot and just as regularly puts insider candidates on the ballot
who have not met the requirements to run.
Attached herewith is the brief just filed a few minutes ago. I would
appreciate any help I can get.
