Dear Everyone;
Did you know "Big Brother " was alive and well and requiring colleges and other public institutions to pay to upgrade your systems so 'Big brother" with a " court order" could examine internet e-mails under the guise of the War On Terrorism? Every college and university and city providing internet access is finding this out at a cost of Billions. As a college official said it is the Mother of all unfunded mandates.
